The above prices are inclusive of the Recreational and other fees stipulated by special regulations of the municipal office Doksy. The price does not include final cleaning, which everyone carries out themselves. But he's going to order it. You do not pay any additional charges (energy, etc.)
Children under 2 years of age are accommodated free of charge without bed.
Prices per night apply for stays of at least 2 nights. From June 28 to August 30, 2020 we offer stays from Saturday to Saturday, the price is per week.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Baby cot: 90 CZK / night. There is one cot available.
Children's chair: 50 CZK / day. There is one chair.
Direct heating element: 100 CZK / day.
Use of large gas grill: 700 CZK / stay (Gas is included in the price). Use of a small charcoal grill: free, charcoal is provided by everyone.
Wood briquettes for heating water in a relaxation pool: according to current price.
Macha Lake Fishing Allowance: 300 CZK / day, 800 CZK / week (available at the information centre). There are other options for fishermen nearby.
Payment terms
Advance 30% of the price, but at least 1 night, transfer to the account within seven days of booking confirmation by the landlord.
Additional payment by transfer to the account no later than 30 days before the date of commencement of accommodation (according to the due date of the invoice).
If the deposit or surcharge is not credited to the lessor's account within the set deadline, the tenant is deemed to have canceled the accommodation claim and the booked term will be released to other clients.
Cancellation Policy
Upon cancellation of 60 days or more before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Cancellation from 59 days to 15 days before the date of the start of the accommodation is a cancellation fee in the amount of the deposit.
If canceled 14 days or less before the date of arrival or no-arrival, the cancellation fee is the amount of the booked accommodation.
The cancellation fee may be refunded in whole or in part if is ensure compensation for an unused period of accommodation.
